I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a calm and comfortable room which is conveniently located in Beeston and is easily accessible from Nottingham and Derby and Long Eaton.

Initial Session

Choosing a counsellor / psychotherapist is a very personal decision and so if you feel that you would like to meet with me, then we can make an appointment for an initial session. This session will help you to decide if you would like to continue to work with me, and it will also help me to know a little bit more about you to ensure that my skills are appropriate for the issues that you are bringing. There is no commitment to make any additional appointments.

Ongoing Counselling / Psychotherapy

After the initial session, a therapy agreement will be made which usually involves meeting once a week for counselling / psychotherapy. The session will usually last for fifty minutes. The number of sessions you have will be entirely up to you and often an open-ended arrangement is agreed.

My Fees

My current fee for both the initial session and ongoing sessions is £45 for individual counselling / psychotherapy and £65 for couples.
